Hey everybody,
My name is Sam, I live in Southern Cali and have a huge love for Brazil. <3 I always loved drawing since I was two years old, but quit about 10 years ago because I didn't think I could ever go anywhere with it...
But this is my second chance, and I'm back in the game for good. I'm going to make sure art never gets away from me again. <3
My dream is to make art a career. I'm well out of practice, but I'm willing to do the work I need to improve, and feedback is more than welcome. I also would love to make lots of new artist friends through deviantart :)

Surgery is Over

Hey guys,
I have good news. I finally got my surgery yesterday. The surgery went really well. I am feeling worlds better. I am in the hospital currently, in recovery. I will be here probably another half day and then they will let me go home.
I have not drawn too much lately, as my pain had gotten worse each day and I had to go in for emergency surgery. I could not wait any longer.
Soon I will feel better, then I can come back to deviantart.
Looking forward to sharing on here again very soon.

Hi my lovely followers,
The past year has been pretty difficult healthwise - it has made everything a lot harder, making art included.
I actually have a really hard time digesting my food properly, my body is not making acids properly, and it is really painful to eat. I also can not absorb the nutrients properly and am usually very tired. I have lost 30 pounds in the past few months, without any exercise.
I guess I just wanted to let yall know why I have not been making a lot of art this year. I have been pretty absent from here for a while.

Heeeeey everybody,
Sooooo... this week has been a little different for me. I was really tackling photoshop this week, and it's proven to be a huge challenge, very difficult. I'm just not used to it at all. I'm actually working on a piece with it right now, but due to a crazy week I may have to draw the other 3 on paper. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention - my goal is 4 drawings per week, so that's what I mean. I might not actually make it this week, it's just been impossible.
